New with tags rectangle scarf. Black base with red Minnie mouse bows that have a velvet texture. The scarf is very lightweight and could even be worn more like a shaw. No flaws, and measurements can be seen in the photos. The length measurement should be doubled I had to fold the scarf in half to take that measurement due to its size, sorry!
